My wife and I enjoyed the cooking class very much. Our teacher was excellent, kind and helpful. And the meal once prepared was outstanding. We would without hesitation participate again.

We booked the 4 course deluxe meal and pasta in Florence. It was so fun and learned many professional chef cooking tips as well. It was very hands on but not overwhelming. Chef Francesco was so entertaining and knowledgeable! We made an eggplant/tomato/mozzarella appetizer, ragu fettuccini, chicken Marsala, and tiramisu. We then relaxed with a glas...
We booked the 4 course deluxe meal and pasta in Florence. It was so fun and learned many professional chef cooking tips as well. It was very hands on but not overwhelming. We then relaxed with a glass of wine eating the foods we had prepared. Perfect in every respect. Highly recommend.

Honestly cannot recommend this enough! The market visit was brilliant and we got to taste lots of local produce. The stall we went to with Caterina was knowledgeable and the tasting was fresh & delicious, and the cooking class and lunch was so much fun and unbelievably tasty! What an experience! Vincenzo was a fantastic teacher and incredibly friendly and patient. I have definitely taken away so much information from the class and having the meal at the end was thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend choosing Chefactory.

Let me tell you…the experience was phenomenal!!! Francesco was great! Personality and energy was amazing. He was like family…:-) From the simple every day cooking tips to the meal itself 10/10. The best meal we ate during our 2 week Italy trip and we prepared it! Lol It’s been about 2 weeks since we’ve returned home (Toronto, Canada) and I just purchased the Atlas 150 pasta maker so I can follow Francesco’s recipes. No going back to store bought pasta! Thank you Francesco (and Romina) for such a great experience and wonderful memories!!!

This class was so much fun! I cook alot at home but still learned so many new techniques. I highly recommend taking this class for a fun afternoon. The instructor was fantastic and we got to eat everything we made.
