After waiting in the long queue and smelling the delicious food in the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The restaurant was full, but I still felt comfortable there. It was a beautiful place. We were all really pleased with the food, and it was definitely good value for money. That's one of the best steaks I've ever tasted, and a glass of Toskan wine is the perfect with it. We were very full, but we still couldn't stop eating this delicious tiramisu.

Our waitress was Agatha whose level of attentiveness was impeccable. She provided a prompt service with perfectly timed breaks between courses. We ate here 6 or 7 years ago and found that the ambiance was still great on this occasion. We had the anchovies in salsa verde to start which was very tasty. The primi course was pappardelle with wild boar (cinghiale) which was off the scale delicious. We then shared the secondi course - salt cod in a rich tomato sauce with roasted potatoes which again was delicious. We selected an ice-cold dry rose to accompany the food. In short, this restaurant provides great service, absolutely delicious food within a very busy environment. Tip - it is best to book in advance because there are often queues at the door. If however you find a queue there but only want to reserve a table for later that day or for some following day, simply walk inside (ignoring any adverse comment from those in the queue). You will be warmly welcomed inside to make your reservation.

This was our 3rd time here and it seems to get better every time. The food is incredible with warm and sincere service. Opted for different entrees, one was the Beef Stew, and I will be craving that until I can return. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a memorable place.

Cibo buono, piacevole la sistemazione all’aperto, ma comportamento assolutamente inadeguato del personale, che evidentemente, una volta terminato il pasto, vuole mandare via i clienti perché non guadagna più nulla da loro. Una grande delusione.😡😡😡

Long time known restaurant in the heart of Florence. Came here with a reservation but it is not needed. Locals come here too. You must try the Ribollita and Wild Boar Ragu! The profiteroles were also outstanding. Great spot for a quaint Tuscan dinner!

It was one of the best food experiences I've had in all of Italy. We started first with a pesto pasta and Ravioli. That was the best Ravioli I've ever had in my life.
